    I figured out it is a problem with my gstreamer. Somehow it only can handle 10fps yuv, except when you force it to do 30fps like this:

    I don't think that is the solution. Because it even effects booting ubuntu. Now I have to following workaround:
    - Unplug 1 usb camera
    - Start up ubuntu
    - Disable Wireless
    - Plug usb camera back...
