Yes it happens in every window.
If I maxamize the +_ bar goes away but I can unmaximize to the small window it comes back.
I can see it disapear when it completly maximizes.
Just found one...
My Title bar will show when it is in the half minimize but when you maximize it to full screen the Title Bar goes away.
