What is "being cast"? Changing data types? How does it...

    Pointers and C v.2

    Greetings again,

since the previous thread got too polluted (which is a good thing), I'm making a new thread to give you some new retarded C questions for you to laugh at!
    (By the way, you guys...
  5. Re: December 2007 Desktops (Safe for work ONLY) - Please include theme details.

    It's not KDE 4. I'm just using the KDE 4 wallpaper :3
  6. Re: December 2007 Desktops (Safe for work ONLY) - Please include theme details.

Wallpaper = KDE 4 Offical wallpaper
    Icons = Crystal
Theme = Official KDE 3 Theme
Conky = conkyrc setup that I shamelessly stole from others (drop me a line if you want the exact code)

    Re: Pointers and C

First of all, I want to thank you LaRoza, volanin and tyoc for trying to help me out.
    I have one more question.

    1) We will use a pointer in a function because we want to change the value of that...

I've been teaching myself C, and I'm having serious problems understanding some aspects of pointers. I'm learning from the K&R...

Poll: Re: Have you paid for Linux software?

Yes. I bought Mandrake Linux Professional 9.2 for 60 euros back in 2003 (Hey! It was my first Linux distro! The second install disk broke after 2 weeks of usage tho, and I had to move to Gentoo.),...

    Re: Anyone else use Deluge?

I've been using Deluge for some time. It misses some features, but it's the best GTK torrent client out there, imo (Azureus is bloated as hell and in Java. It doesn't count.).

    Re: What's good about KDE?

I'm using KDE, mainly because I hate Rhythmbox/Listen/Exaile, and I love Amarok. I also can't even describe the awesomeness that KDE 4 contains.
