    i just updated the system and restarted but it seems that target.com's home-page advertisement is still a white box. (which somehow is on top of the department's dropdown menus)

    this is an external (usb) harddrive (as descibed in the topic). I may be seeing the problem now; i haven't been 'unmounting' the device before unpluggind (haven't had to before).

    i edited the example at the bottom of the file(the one for CD-ROM) to fit my needs. didn't use the /etc/fstab part. but this *should* suffice, right ?
