I have tried both, yes. Right now, I'm trying to run everything (in epsxe) in windowed mode, or else it'll just give me an unmanageable black screen of doom :eek:.

For the heck of it, I tried to run the same game in PCSX, and it's still giving me that blasted black screen that ePSXe is giving me. Given, PCSX confuses me a bit :confused: but still... arg.

Alright, I loaded up Alundra (disk burned from an image) and here's what happened:


P.E.Op.S. SoftX Driver 1.17 goes to a black screen
Pete's MesaGL driver 1.76 goes to a black screen
