Did you try Natty LiveCD? For me after upgrade to Natty I can not enable wireless at all. Driver seems load, rfkill detect disabled wifi, but I can not find any way to enable it....

Looks like Nuvoton provide different CIR to Jetway.

Nuvoton definitely have Linux-drivers for their hardware, but it's available only for original equipment manufacturers, like ASRock and Jetway....
