    Thanx. It is a continuious picture. I set my wallpaper with nitrogen, which has good options for multi-monitor setups, incuding streatching the picture across all displays

    I had a stint with it. It's nice and fast as heck. Then I got dragged into tiling window managers, which are nicer, and generally faster as well.
