The badblocks man page says it was written for the EXT filesystems, I would have serious doubts that it will work for NTFS.
If you have someone/something hacking your web sites then it is nothing to to with your mail server, look in your web server logs to find out what is going on.
Check AHCI or RAID settings in the BIOS, turn them back to IDE if you can and see if that helps.
Check the RAM to make sure it is functioning without errors with MEMTEST.
