Well you can order it from amazon but you have to pay the shipping and if it get caught in customs you usually end up paying huge sums of money. And let us not forget about the power adapter that use...
Sorry, my mistake! I don't know why I misread the price :#
Anyway I'm portuguese aswell and it's still freakin expensive! (200USD is about 150€ so...)
You want a really bad news about this thing? One that will make you almost cry because Asus is seriously fu***ng us Europeans?
Then take a look at the prices they announced on they're website...
The emulator looks fine but the sound keeps slowing down like the computer can't handle it :? I have an Audigy 4 on a Pentium 4 3.06GHz so I don't think the computer is to blame... And I really...
Now there is something I want to know aswell. It would be great to be able to create a custom cd with everything I need and use it as a quick system restore option :)
To me sort of works but then it gives another error:
gcc: scripts/Makefile.lib.c: Arquivo ou diretório não encontrado
gcc: sem arquivos de entrada

Try looking at this tutorial:
[multimedia] Ubuntu 6.06 - Howto: Fglrx 8.26.18 Driver Install (works With Xpress Series Cards Now!)
It might help you to figure out how to update the kernel module...
Was that for me?
Well I tried to compile and everything went smooth, even smoother than compiling 2.6.16 BUT the kernel module gives an error about a missing "makefile.lib.c" and doesn't...
I finnaly figured out why my fglrx wasn't working and it was the kernel to blame :D
I haven't tried it yet but searching google for my chipset (VIA PT880 Ultra) I found out that agpgart only...
hum... I tried the how to but my grub still looks exactly the same as it did before... did I do something wrong? :-?
I just want to know why I can't have 3D accelerated graphics in my radeon 9600PRO :'(
I did everything right and I keep getting mesa... dsmeg keeps saying something about the agp module failing...
It's meant to be that way, it looks like xgl is hard coded into mesa so it will report mesa when running... Our problem is it's reporting mesa when xgl is NOT running... :(
I've been looking into the issue and it looks like the module fglxr_agp is failing to load at boot and that is making dri fail... I've tried to load agpgart, ati-agp, via-agp... you name it. Yet...
ok let's see:
- install dapper flight 4
- upgrade-manager
- sudo apt-get install xorg-driver-fglrx
- sudo nano -w /etc/X11/xorg.conf
- changed driver to fglrx
- ctrl + alt + backspace (restart...
I'm using a clean dapper and the repo version
Just formated again, gonna try it one more time :?
EDIT:
Still the same :(
Has anyone gotten a radeon 9600pro 256mb to work? It keeps giving me mesa when I type in fglrxinfo in the console
There was a plugin for firefox to replace the right click menu with something like this... it was cool and very functional but could be a newbie nightmare... People are used to simple right click...
Ok everything's ok except for the fact that kopete and amarok don't place their tray icons in the gnome tray :-?
