I couldn't get the nautilus script posted earlier to work. But I added quotation marks to the argument as it was skipping the spaces ^^.

go to the Warcraft III directory in a terminal, and type
wine war3.exe -opengl

In case people don't read the .py script, you can add --hq or --lq to the arguments to make it higher or lower quality.
