If I boot from the CD, i can connect to my wifi very easily. but when i boot from the installed lubuntu in my PC, wifi never connects. Am I missing something?
i solved my own problem: used synaptic to install the nvidia-cuda-toolkit and problem solved! no more flickering.
installed greasemonkey and viewtube. seems like now i can play anything! but audio skips, mostly at the begining of videos.
