fisrt check if you have ufw enabled
ufw status if not enabled it
ufw enable then simply type
ufw allow 6667 then you can check it again with
ufw status

post a full output of
df -h

first try what synaptic wants you to do - fix broken packages, open Applications > Accessories > Terminal and type


sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -f

then check for duplicate...

looks like you have only smbclient installed, install samba with

sudo apt-get install samba

check the config and try again.
