You might be facing this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/1153035
I think I did, but I was able to install an earlier Daily Build, but still no luck on using my mouse...
I had this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/kdeplasma-addons/+bug/1066861
And I resolved it by going to the 13.04 Daily Builds.
Thanks, I am running VMWare Player 5.0.1 build-894247 and I am pretty sure I have VMWare Tools installed. I have:

As I understand it, you cannot:

In my cases, it sometimes takes a while for U1 to appear in the Kickoff Application Launcher or to autocomplete with alt-f2 (just start typing ubuntu). It always seems to appear after I reboot my VM,...
Resolved with rekonq Version 2.1
Using KDE Development Platform 4.10.00
I applied another round of updates to my refreshed daily image, and the fonts still look good. Closing the tread with a 'Works for me now; not sure why'.
Thank you, so I have downloaded a fresh daily image, and so far, so good, though emrahnzm noted something similar here: http://irclogs.ubuntu.com/2013/01/31/%23kubuntu.html
If I survive another...

Could you look for it under your Services in Configure Dolphin?

On my 13.04 Daily Build, I see System Settings > Common Appearance and Behavior > File Associations. Or do you *really* want to edit them by hand? Sorry, I see you tried that already.
Since I did not want nautilus either, I was happiest when I followed the instructions to Install Dropbox via command line instead of using the deb packages.
After the installation, you notified...

I am on Dolphin Version 2.1 Using KDE Development Platform 4.9.3, but this should be available for you also.

Did you have to unlock your widgets?
Maybe I am missing something here (I am NOT a system administrator), but could you not simply back up the entire Home path (including 'hidden' files, generally those starting with . (in my case,...
I tested on Kubuntu 12.10, but I do not think this is new...
If you right-click on any entry on the Kickoff Application Launcher, you should be able to add it to (or remove it from) the...
Hmm, I would prefer 32 bit as I run under VMWare Player, but all I see under:
