Alright, that worked for tapping w/ 2 fingers to act like the wheel click, but the fn + f9 still didn't work for me after unchecking that in mouse preferences.
Did this before posting in this thread, doesn't help with fn + f9.
This had no effect, still right clicks instead of a wheel click.

Problem solved. Blacklisting those modules did indeed fix the problem with the video card.
