I have problems with this as well. I have connected via wire, and the Internet works, but it still says: "Wireless networks, Device not ready, firmware missing" in gray letters in the Network menu...

I was starting to think I was being punished for watching too much YouYube, then I switched to Flash 10.1 and now it's all dandy (HELLZ yeah!).

I am having the exact same problem as well. Pink tinted Youtube. My flash also crashes quite often, especially in connection to Youtube.
