what you are calling the "top bar" is the menu bar (with file, edit, history, etc.) there should be a title bar ABOVE that one that shows the name of the website you are viewing followed by "-Mozilla...

if you are "building a game rig" then my "suggestion" would be to run Windows.

if all you plan to do on it is play Windows native games, then do it in Windows.
