Will it work with iPod Touch?

I know it might sound strange but anyway, let say I would like to get access to wifi via iPod Touch. Does the approach described above help me?

Confirm, something going wrong with the mouse in Eclipse.
For example, on the many forms I can select a button by the mouse but to push the one it is possible only via keyboard ('Space' button).

I am using a cell phone as a bluetooth modem.

NetworkManager has "Mobile Broadband" tab and I can to make some settings. But how can I activate this connection?
