Open the whisker menu properties dialog and enable "Show menu hierarchy".

Nautilus is not pre-installed by default. I get the same warning message on my system, but nautilus still launches just fine. Did you already try to reinstall it?
This feature was implemented some time ago and merged upstream recently (sadly too late for Xubuntu 14.04). However, you can compile and install xfwm4 from source [1] or simply use my daily PPA [2]....

Should be /etc/X11/Xsession.d/98xbindkeys. According to this file you can create ~/.xbindkeys.noauto to prevent this autostart behavior.
