    OK I posted this in the server section and thought I had the answer but no.

    I was running 9.04 desktop and went from that to 9.04 server with no problems. (Needed to get past the 3g memory limit)...

    OK, looks like I was jumping the gun.

    It looks like it did update to 9.10 server,just didn't prioritize it in the boot list. DUH...

    Anyone have the kernel # for 9.10 Server?

    I believe so. I used Synaptic to do so and removed all instances of OO listed.

    I tried it also, no luck. Keeps throwing out errors. Removed it and going back to 3.0.

    Well I did it... No I didn't save the partition but I did save my files. Re-loaded 9.04 and set the partitions the way I want.

    I now have :

    /swap 2.5g
    / 50g
    /home 197g

    Now I am getting it...
