This is great news!
Has anybody tried to compile a C program on the liveCD 7.10?
I use the command cc hiheaven.c -o test but it fails. (Sorry, I don't have the message here) but I am hoping if someone has tried it...
Has any progress been made?
This is good news for Linux.
This is great news indeed!
From the little I know I would like to assume an Ubunut repo should be setup the same as a debian repo. But anyway this is good news indeed.
Well done guys and thanks...
You will be surprised at the number of people using Ubuntu.
For some the word Linux just scares them but I think with enough awareness many will join the bandwagon.
Most people I am dealing...
I would like to believe once a locally hosted Zimbabwe mirror is setup we will have many Zim users switching to Ubuntu. There is a zw.archive.ubuntu.com repo but that is in South Africa and the...

I have freepascal. Is there lazarus on Ubuntu?
I installed Gambas through Synaptic and editted my xorg.conf to comment out "wacom" on my FF Kubuntu.
What extra apps do I need to add to allow me to fully functionally develop and deploy my...
Currently Gambas but am installing more IDEs!
PCLinuxOS seems to be leading the pack ;)
Go to this site and vote for your favorite distro!!!
Do I change, in my sources.list, from dapper to edgy or should I add a new repo :-k
When I go to Distrowatch there is a colmun named snapshot. Is this column representative of what is in the backports
Monodevelop 0.10 is in the repos but not 0.11 ;)
Just a way of getting more users on their side :-k
