**update** I made this work by simply stopping stunnel, ie "sudo /etc/init.d/stunnel4 stop" and restarting it. So there you go.

This has been bugging me: I start up my computer and then the system starts a long checkdisk process. Is there any way to move the automatic check to system shut down rather than startup?
for example: Ubuntu 9.0: Impetuous Iguana
