this is not just a linux easter egg. besides the fact that on some systems you have to installl the telnet command it works on all pcs.

i edited the code to make it look for the package beep and install it if need be and play fun beep sounds and i got this:

lol! i completely missed that! then when i tried to edit the code and took out the -t1 opyion it didnt work but i figured it out:

It adds you to the group in witch you type the password in for when you execute the sudo command for example:
