    How did you get vmware server working on 10.10 in the first instance? I had to use this script here

    The script is meant to support kernel 2.6.35. I wonder if anyone has tried it with kernel 2.6.38...

    Ive "fixed" my issue by using Eclipse 3.5.1 from the repositories.

    Then I install all eclipse related packages (brute force, I know)

    You should have a look into profiling. The NetBeans IDE has a good one built in. (That's what I use)
