I had the same problem, add follow this post and add it to your fuppes config. [Here]
I have it working now but sometimes it flashes weird colors and it eventually times out. :(
We are really moving up in teams. I am currently contributing a PS3 24/7 and a dual core smp but I may be able to contribute many more computers. Sorry that I am not active on the forums anymore.
Now, I am considering a tablet. The choice is between this:
HP TC4400
HP TX1320
Could anyone provide some recommendations on these ? Both are good price and power.
I am currently looking for a laptop for taking notes, browsing the web, and word processing/power points. I am looking for something lightweight but with good battery life. The computer does not need...
Only about 200 mb, I can only upload at about 40-60 kbp/s. This is due to me being constantly throttled because I have Comcast and I need to use encryption. I downloaded the iso at about 500-900...

Ok, thanks has anything major happened in the forums ? Is Edgy more stable now ?

It's not about compiling...portage it much more powerful then apt. It has pretend options to see what will happen when you install something and much more. I like it but it can be troublesome...
Please tell me how it goes. Having portage on Edgy would be awesome.

Did anyone ever realize that it's in the Dapper + Edgy repositories ? I am using it on Edgy now and it works really well. If you want to install it, do so like this:
then run:

Thank you for the Edgy wireless script. It saved me loads of trouble. :)

Icewolf sounds so much better then "Iceweasle." In fact, I don't even like Icewolf that much...
Rock and Metal all the way :)
Everything but my wifi card (Broadcom 4138) required me to extract the needed firmware plus the bcm43xx kernel module will only work with network-manager for me.
This is really cool. I have compilied and installed the following programs:
Prelink
Preload
Readahead
Sysv-rc-conf
Pbuilder
Gdebi
This is a very useful utility. I was windering if it would...
Very cool. I will try this when I am back on Ubuntu. So this is just like an actual repository ? Others can use it ?
For me it's both. I like to use it for some uses (surfing internet, music, etc) but I also like to experiment/break/destroy my system for fun. So it is both a tool and a toy.
Whats so much better about 64 bit versus 32 bit ?
