    I've just filled Bug #686157 as ubuntuone is almost killing my ubuntu. As soon as ubuntuone is started I loose the Desktop icons and cpu usage is going up to 100%. Everything is getting slow

    same issue here. I've already tried to completely remove and reinstall...but nothing happens :-(

    I think the only thing that change on my ubuntu is the name of the menu entry with crunchbang. Technically there is nothing different. Just strange that something did modify the grub menu.

    the drive is not the problem, the only problem is that I did upgrade wrong libc6 package. I would like to keep the current installation and just fix libc6, but it seems impossible due to that...

    I've done some bad libc6 upgrades and since then all su or sudo commands terminate with a segmentation fault

    I've tried to follow howto : repair your broken ubuntu using livecd, bit that also...

    but you can start it manually from the console. Then you should be able to restart ubuntu without any problems. This would show that the script is working

    Does it work if you manually start the script? For me it does, but it doesn't work with the K12 or something like that. It get's started, but it doesn't work. :-(

    It's strange, I put it as K12 and it's till not working. I can start it manually and then it successfully unmounts the cifs.
