Don't know about a LiveCD version of any such linusx, but you could simply install any linux and remove Gnome/KDE forcing it to start in command line mode. Alternatively, edit the rc.d so that...

You seem to have setup a proxy or something, because the IP address there points to your own computer @ port 4001. Check your resolv.conf....If nothing else, replace the URLS with the IP addresses...
