I do use the radeon driver because I had some rather rough issues with fglrx and flash, and decided to give the free drivers a try. So far I do not regret...

I am experiencing the opposite issue, my fan is at a too low setting. The link is to control the fan speed using fglrx, and not the free radeon drivers.

I am having slightly stability issues using the radeon driver as my gpu is idling around 60 degrees celsius. I have read about power modes and such, but I am looking for a way to just control the fan...

yes and no, I am using one 6850 and one 4850, with two monitors attached to each gpu. What is your hardware specs?

When I watch it in fullscreen in 720p is my cpu approximatly using up to 80% load, using flash 10.1 r102 and a 3.6 Ghz intel c2d dualcore with 8 GB ram.

but no lag or other artifacts.

I just came up with this idea that I aways use to add these two ppa:s when I install ubuntu:

ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
and
xorg-edgers

maybe it have something to do with my success, but...

I first renamed the textfiles inside the ssh folder, but it did not help.
secondly I tried to uninstall ssh and openssh-server on both of the machines, and I thik I dare to say that now are things...

now I found /etc/ssh
and ~/.ssh/
will it help to remove the files within?

oh, sorry to say this but now the original behavour of ssh -Y is gone.
