I'm looking for advice on a good wireless N card to get for a desktop.
I currently have a linksys ae1000 usb card, which works, but it constantly disconnects and I have to reload the module. Very...
This is a less destructive way:
echo "update albums set image=NULL where image='nocover';" | sqlite3 ~/.exaile/music.db
..... assuming you've installed sqlite3.
This should work. What stream are you trying to play?

Hey folks, I've started a blog if you're interested. The url is http://www.vimtips.org. It will mostly be of interest to programmers and vim users, but I'll throw Ubuntu info and general server...
Turn the volume down in Exaile itself, and turn it up on the hardware. This should take care of the problem.

Hit the refresh button.

Mark it an 8!
UMS players will be supported in the next version, although the functionality is more the result of a proof of concept. It's much easier just to add the mount point to your collection list, this way...
The latest is 0.2.8
I was actually approached by a forum admin about this early in this thread's life, but I never heard anything back from my reply. I got the message April 14th, and this is what it said:
You need python-gnome2-extras
You'll have to wipe out your database and rescan. The schema has changed a lot... there will be a converter, but not until I think the schema won't change anymore.
You might try the SVN version for the tags. As far as playback, do you have the gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg package installed?
If it can do all that, why not have it make toast too? I'm just kidding. I see where you're coming from, but the more you have in an interface, the more chance you have to confuse the user. The...
