    If you have laggy problem with flash in firefox please try this

    Use flash v9 instead of v10 is the best solution for me ( for faster firefox )

    Use flash v9 instead of v10 is the best solution for me
    try this:
    1- uninstall all current flash plugin for firefox
    2- install manually flash v10 from tar.gz
    3- use sudo to copy libflashplayer.so...
