    I'm there at the moment. :( Found that I can still use terminal and firefox. So, I'm hoping that installing the linux-headers will get me out of desktop hell.

    Well, the issue definitely isn't that it can't find the partition. I'm still more worried that it says the Ubuntu partition is Ext2, not 4.

    Is there a way to delete ALL current info of my GRUB...

    Right, the "Press 'c' then type find command" didn't work. It says Unknown command. So I did the root command manually. If you press tab, it lists all the HDDs and the partitions. Ubuntu is...
