Yep, I completely agree. I'm actually pretty scared to what's happening to Windows, I do not want that to be become the norm...I'd use a commandline only computer before I used that. :P

I think the current stare of cygwin and Cmus don't allow the two to be compatible I installed every package Cygwin repos had, and a few others that I thought might help the make work, but no dice. Oh...

So I'm trying to install CMus on cygwin and Cmus actually boasts about being able to be installed under cygwin but I've installed every development package I can think of and then some and it's still...
After some extensive debugging turns out it was the "roar.so" plugin hanging things up I just removed it from the plugin directory and bam it's fixed.
Heh, the problem keeps changing!
