It was working perfectly with MP180 until I upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04.
I think I tried the MP150/MP160 drivers but with similar results as the MP180 which seems to be printing everything in B&W....
Firefox has a add-on that checks for mail on gmail, hotmail, yahoo and more. No need to pay any annual fees and it is as easy to configure, as it is to install it.
I gave up with Gnome Scheduler because it was playing up. I now use KTorrent. I enabled the bandwidth schedule plugin and chose the times to start torrents and when to stop them.

Unfortunately the task "DISPLAY=:0.0 killall transmission" or just "killall transmission" doesn't work although it does work in the terminal.
Launching Transmission via Gnome Schedule is simple:
DISPLAY=:0.0 transmission
But what do I enter for another task to close it?
