Can you surf in your browser to 74.125.45.100? If so you have a DNS problem. Then they are incorrectly set in your router.

Wireless can give you a hard time. Your card doesn't seem to be supported. I would try googling for ndiswrapper.
To mount CD/DVD-ROM:
