    Whoa. This is above my head. I run Windows and Ubuntu memory check and both showed no error. I assume the card is defective. I'll talk with the seller about this. Thank you alot for the good help!

    I have this same shutdown problem with Dell Latitude D830. I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.

    The strangest things is that sometimes does shot down normally but usually it doesn't.
