For your first problem I would try running the following in the Terminal:

wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/sun_vbox.asc -O- | sudo apt-key add -
and then

sudo apt-get...

Try going to Synaptic and reinstalling the "mozilla-firefox-locale-fi-fi" package.
