    The laptop is Dual Boot and in Windows XP it is not heating up like this, so it is not unlikely that the driver is the suspect here

    You will need to run the setup.exe file on a windows machine to get the files needed for ndiswrapper.
    You could try getting the files by using wine but that may not work
