    Is an up to date iso available for 9.04 that includes all the updates?

    It seems a waste of time to download the release of 9.04 (~700mb), install it and then download and install updates (+200mb)....

    I just uninstalled vmware tools. Then, using Synaptic, I installed the open source vmware tools. The result, the mouse problem is fixed ! Also, the copy/paste from the guest to host works....

    Again, tried the command provided, same result "no".

    I just tried installing VMware Tools 7.8.5 build-156735 in the latest daily build of a newly installed Jaunty guest (14-Apr) and the mouse is "locked" inside the guest window.
