    just for reference, have you actually tried playing this directly in movie player?

    I know for sure that VLC can play bin files - I assume that movie player might be able to do the same?

    Okay you can use the wubi installer however im sure most people would advise that you stick this on a usb thumb drive or CDr and try running a live session. This is probably in your best interest too...

    id say use an mcv framework to seperate your logic and presentation if you dont like the idea of mixing the html and php so much. i use the zend framework but its got a fairly steep learning curve....

    dont think so in php cause the dimensions of the users screen wont be known untill the page reaches the users browser, JS would be my best bet for this sort of problem too!
