[ubuntu] Re: can't iPod sync banshee-1

I find it really confusing when people say there is a sync feature in Banshee 1.0 - it causes me to really question my own sanity because I really can't find this functionality in there.

    As I...

Re: Syncing Ipods to a music collection

I read this statement in many places, but still can't figure out how to get it to "sync". All I can do is drag files to my iPod in the latest banshee. If I drag the same files to the ipod twice, it...

[ubuntu] Re: Miro: Video but No Sound

Strangely, I tried playing the same videos in Miro again the following day and it seems to work perfectly with both gstreamer and xine. I'm not even sure if I had rebooted or not.

    I should note...

I'm not certain whether Hardy is actually using pm-utils. Using the instructions on the opensuse site - placing that script in /etc/pm/config.d did not execute/change my PM settings.

Can't seem to find the hard or soft irq enable options... any hints?

Compiling the rc5-zen0 kernel from source and applying the fix ( http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_ATI_Drivers#Build_ati-drivers_on_rt-kernels_failed ), I am able to compile the fglrx 7.11 drivers (using...

It hasn't been applied to any of the source tarballs I've downloaded - but I assume you mean the debs. Just a heads up for fglrx users compiling from source.
