You can't. There is an open bug about that, but not a single developer is working on it.
I use the last.fm official app to scrobble... A little messy, but it works to an acceptable degree...

I second that! My card reader is a Realtek one, connect itself to an internal usb. It was automounted in ubuntu 8.10, but now in 9.04 it won't mount...
Mine lsusb shows:
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0bda:0158 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Mass Stroage Device. Same here, it worked in 8.10, but it doesn't work in 9.04
Second this... Exactly the same specs, and my card don't get recognized...
The difference is that in Ubuntu 8.10 it was working fine, in 9.04 no...
