Still happening for me. Try to add a twitter account and hotot window goes blank, stays there til I exit from panel.

I've got the same problem.
Clicking it does nothing. Right clicking it does nothing.
Dragging an adjacent icon over it makes it disappear.
I have the same problem. Dragging another program's icon over it makes it disappear, but still very wierd.
