    [ubuntu] Default... everything

    I made a few mistakes when I first installed Ubuntu, then I installed it again. Well I have been on that second install for about a few months now. I have to much data to lose. So I cannot install it...

    I can code C very well, I also can code assembly mips. I doubt any of that would be too useful for a game though.

    When I do that, the only thing that happens is that the cursor breaks to another line and repetabley flashes.

    I had my terminal and I messed around with the colors, and now it is not transparent anymore :(
    I tried a few things around the internet and none of them worked. I just want to restore the default...
