thats exactly what i did but now vista isnt in the boot menu

so i just followed this guide http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=224351 and now when I hit esc on the startup, i get the boot menu but Vista is no longer there..what now?

I had Ubuntu 9.04 installed. I dual booted Vista. Now it loads straight into Vista without giving me a boot menu. I read that it overwrites the MBR for Ubuntu but I can't seem to fix it. Help Please....
