There's another problem now. It happened my ntfs partition was lost as I 've installed grub in my dev/sda1 device. The vfat partion is still visible but i've lost Windos XP.
How can I recover it?

Ops... I've lost the most important part of the process.
Now I've done sudo grub-install sda1 and now gfxboot works correctly. I'll update my little how to.
