I instaled it in windows, ani it works in windows, but when I try to run it with wine, i get this....

If you just go here, it works. So webmin itself doesn't seem to be the problem.
You shouldn't use su with ubuntu, just use sudo command

I can remember from my windows times that you only have 3d-acceleration on your main screen. Since that is a part of the cause of all this, I understand why you have the problem only on your main...
I have the same problem, I have the 8.54.3 drivers.
I get flickering in:
- almost all screensavers
- all 3d games
- glxgears
- divx video's
(no flickering in flash, but I belive flash...
Try your old kernel from thr GRUB menu.

This is kinda strange:
It suddenly recognises the device, and I can see some networks, including my own.
