Cool! So this is what came out of the vUDS session for a few moons ago. Love it! Thanks for helping make it easier for folks to create and use usb keys to install ubuntu. Especially when they are...
Multiboot works great for this. Check it out! BTW, which version did you install? Is it perhaps quite old?
The clock app handles alarms; did you discover the bottom edge gesture? This experience...
Thread necro, but you can file a bug here:

Final images are live on the tracker. Please test if you've not yet submitted a result to the tracker this week! Thanks everyone!

The live session is the first test. Did you check the tracker for the other two? One tests the frontend, the other the backend. The frontend test should be easier, though you aren't likely to have a...
Just a friendly reminder to everyone who's been enjoying breaking and reporting issues with trusty all cycle. For the final images to release we need testing done. Please do what you can during the...
I destilled down my thoughts and plans for the trusty cycle.
TLDR; let's make machines do the heavy testing work, let's run development versions of ubuntu and try and break things, let's define...
Just a friendly reminder if you wish to utilize the tracker to report and track your results, they would be most appreciated I'm sure. Cadence testing this cycle has a bit of a twist in that we're...
Marco loves hearing from you guys breaking things :-)
He's correct in saying that the fixes where mostly for intel users, but we wanted to test amd and nvidia too -- don't want regressions ;-) Regardless, thanks for trying VinDSL, and yes, go ahead and...
Yea, look at the it's using a bleeding edge version of mesa.. I wonder why? We're on 9.1.1 in the ppa, hence why your not getting the updates :-) You would have to force install the older version.
...
There's one thing in the ppa, the new mesa package. Hmm.. Is gnomeshell ppa have a version of mesa that's newer?
What's apt-cache show mesa say?
I know many of you are discussing graphical issues in forum threads. Please give this new version of mesa a whirl and report your results on the tracker. The release team will use those results as a...
Thanks Jerry! If there is ever a bug you have that isn't getting attention, or you think I could help confirm let me know. Anything reported via the isotracker I try and follow-up on if possible, but...
ubuntuonair.com :-) There's a spanish event happening at 1800 UTC as well, with the english version happening as announced at 2000 UTC :-)
The milestone is now on the tracker, and the images...
I asked the release folks earlier about where the images were/are.. Given the easter holiday, the builds haven't been posted yet. I've been assured we'll see them tomorrow for the event. Your right...
After your feedback, the official date and time for this will be:
Tuesday April 2nd:
All day:
people in #ubuntu-quality ready to answer questions
people doing iso tests :-)
1800...
Not sure where the wikipedia article is getting it's source ;-) Best to follow along with the actual development from the team -- they're giving weekly updates:

Ventrical, so should we push it back a day to Weds? Anyone else see Easter conflicts? Definitely want to make sure everyone's schedule is free :-)
I wanted to cross-post this message here, because well, you all are invited! And I'd appreciate your feedback on the idea. Feel free to post here, the mailing list, or ping me if your interested in...
Typically I'm using the command line or USC. On my non-dev (aka, stable) boxes though, they are all run via the update manager and it works fine. I think many of these issues crop up when the...
Just dropping in to say I'm glad to see you all already diving in on this stuff :-) For now go ahead and tinker and report bugs, successes/failures, etc. As things shape up, we will certainly have...
It's a busy busy week as you know, but I'll address a couple of these points. We should discuss this more later when we all have a bit more time (post-cycle?).
On the dates being incorrect on the...
This is really weird -- everything works great for me in raring -- in fact, there was a little weirdness in 12.10 and most of 13.04 that went away within the last few weeks before feature freeze when...
