    I did what dragonfly said to do, I don't know if that solved the problem or not but when I went to localhost/test.php it did work... however when I right click test.php and open it with firefox it...

    My files are all in the /www folder... it's just the localhost isn't going anywhere which means either something is wrong with apache or I am doing something...
