Open a terminal, then use the command cd to get to the directory you installed the game in. By default the command would probably be:
cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Diablo\ II/When there type:...
It's because the progress bar hides the "change cd" dialog. After inputting the installation directory, move the setup window to some side of your desktop and then click ok. Now you should see the cd...
