in setup my home directory be on a seperate partition then root. but on the / partition i see a /home

also on sda5, the intended /home folder, is a complete copy. i think theres some link to both...

i have a rsync script setup to check for new files on a remote machine every 5 minutes. it these are large files so it takes longer then 5 minutes to transfer.
