I've accidentally uninstalled the knetworkmanager (i wanted to install the gnome-network-manager package) and somehow it only uninstalled the knetmanager and its dependencies.

reinstalling the flash driver (latest version)
AND
killall pulseaudio (then audio worked in flash videos again)
